The peninsula has spectacular cliffs and rock formations, including Tasman's Arch, Devil's Kitchen and Remarkable Cave. There are great day walks along the coast and boat trips.
Farming and fishing are key industries. There is a chocolate factory and Tasmanian Devil Park at Tarrana.
